Business in the Community (BITC) has had the delight of working with Serge in two capacities in 2022/23. Initially, through Sky Labs where he charismatically and considerately facilitated 8 co-creation workshops across the themes of Building Green Skills and Involving Diverse Stakeholders in a Just Transition. These interactive workshops contributed to the insights of the routemap’s that were published in March – find here. Attendees were guided through the various exercises on Miro that aimed to develop and prioritise solutions, with a deep dive into the most popular. In May 2023, Serge facilitated the accompanying Building Green Skills Masterclass that celebrated the publication. BITC received excellent feedback from this event of how hands-on the exercises were, and the positive energy and passion exerted by Serge.

I first met Serge at a session he was facilitating in London and really liked the way he worked.
